Welcome to today's issue of our popular online newsletter. In this issue I want to discuss good old-fashioned exercise. When it come's to keeping your body fit or adding mass to your physique, exercise has always been key. The same thing goes for your penis. With so many gimmicks,"instant fixes" and empty promises running rampant, it's very easy to lose sight of this and be drawn in by the allure.
Jelqing and stretching have always been at the pinnacle of PE. These methods have been known, practiced and passed on through generations, for centuries, in certain cultures. So you ask, if these methods are so good, how come they are so infrequently known? Well, let's just say it's not the most comfortable topic and it has been labeled taboo. That's where I come in. I'm here to let you in on it because I believe every guy should know.
Now I want to give everyone an in-depth look at jelqing. I want everyone to get the most out of this exercise as this is the most important of all. This description is in the original, old-fashioned bare-handed approach. I will discuss how the jelq device can and will help you get through your routine.
1. start off by warming your penis up with a warm cloth for about 3 minutes.
#2. Ensure your penis is in a 1/2 to 3/4 erect state, applying some lubricant (Tip: pure olive oil works very well and is easily found in your kitchen cabinet) .
#3. Starting at the base of your penis, place your penis in between your thumb and index fingers, squeeze, applying pressure primarily to the sides of your shaft.
#4. Retain pressure and in a slow and steady motion, pull towards the head of your penis, stopping just under the glans. The full stroke should take approx. 3 seconds to complete. Count one mississippi, two mississippi, three mississippi.
#5. While your one hand is still applying pressure just under the head of your penis, use your other hand to repeat in the same manner described in step 4. Simply alternate hands.
#6. Continue this for approximately 15 minutes at a beginner level, using only moderate pressure.
#7. Warm down in the same manner described in step 1.
When you begin doing this exercise, its best to go a bit easy and stay within your comfort level. Apply moderate pressure as to not inflict any pain, you should feel you a strain, but never any sharp,yelp inspiring pain! Also, try to do full, concentrated strokes, as opposed to quick and wimpier ones, you'll get a better pump. After a couple of weeks of doing this 5 times per week, increase the pressure you apply and try to do 5 minutes more. In your intermediate stages, you can be doing as much as 30 - 40 minutes and you should be squeezing as if you have your hands wrapped around your mother-in-laws neck. This may be about 6 weeks, but keep consistent and you'll be glad you did.
Also, try drinking lots of water, take your vitamins and keep a good positive attitude. Trim your pubic hair around the base, this will prevent a lot of unnecessary hair pulling. Try not to ejaculate for several hours before or after completing the exercise. If you ejaculate, this will cause the blood flow to your penis to be reduced for several hours, which, in turn cause less nutrients to be delivered to the penis during its key healing period. This doesn't mean don't do it, it just means try to separate your play time and your workout time.
Doing this exercise will be one of more satisfying things you'll ever do for your penis and your sex life. It will not only add girth, but it is known to add considerable length at times. Not to mention the more rock-hard erections you'll experience more frequently and the increased happiness of your partner.
